FPM - The Fine Particle Model for FLUENT
The Fine Particle Model for FLUENT (FPM) is an add-on product for the Computational Fluid Dynamics (CFD) software FLUENT from Fluent Inc. for the simulation of the transport and dynamics of particle size distributions.
The FPM was originally developed for transport of aerosol particles in gas flows, but it can also be used to simulate hydrosol and even gas bubble dynamics and transport.
Similar to FLUENT itself, the FPM was designed to be a flexible and extensible framework for solutions to customer problems.
The FPM version 1.0 is available for sale since July 1st, 2003.
particle dynamics GmbH is offering licenses for the FPM and consulting with the FPM in close collaboration with Chimera Technologies, Inc.

If you do not have FLUENT yet, you need to contact Fluent Inc first. Don't forget to tell them that you are interested in FLUENT because you want to run the FPM!
